To measure yourself, take a tape measure and measure from outer top edge of your shoulder, down across your body to the top of your opposite hip bone.

23" - 25" = M
26" - 29" = L

~ Fitted Pouch Sling Measurements ~
22" = XS
23" = XS/S
24" = S
25" = S/M
26" = M
27" = M/L
28" = L
